Present petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner(s) in case FIR No. 29 dated 21.3.2017, registered under Section(s)15/61/85 of Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 at Police Station Koom Kalan, Ludhiana. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the petitioner has since joined the investigation and he is not required for further investigation in any way. Thus, he be released on pre-arrest bail. Learned counsel for the respondent-State affirmed the fact that petitioner has joined the investigation and no recovery was effected from him and infact the recovery was effected from his co-accused Kabal Singh.
