**** HARKESH MANUJA, J. (ORAL) By way of present petition filed under Article 226/227 of Constitution of India, prayer has been made for issuance of direction to respondent No.3 to consider and decide the claim of the petitioner as regards his pre-mature release in case FIR No.43 dated 21.04.2005 registered under Sections 302, 333, 353, 120-B, 392 and 397 of IPC & Section 25 of Arms Act, 1959 at P.S. Baroda, District Sonipat.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as regards his prayer for pre-mature release, the petitioner has already filed a detailed representation dated 05.04.2022 which is pending consideration before respondent No.3.

In response, learned State counsel informs the Court that the prayer of petitioner for pre-mature release as made vide representation dated 05.04.2022 shall be considered and decided within a period of 8 weeks from today.

In view of the aforesaid stand taken by learned State counsel, the present petition is disposed of.
