******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Learned State counsel submits that in case bearing FIR No. 49 dated 06.03.2017 for the offences punishable under Sections 342, 380, 457, 411, 472 of Indian Penal Code and 25 of Arms Act registered at Police Station Sultanwind, Amritsar, final report has already been filed in the trial Court.

The petitioner has sought relief for direction to police to conduct the fair and impartial investigation in this petition. Since the police has already filed the final report after investigating the case, this petition has rendered infructous. Dismissed.
