Main By this order, a batch of Regular First Appeals (details whereof are on the foot of the order), shall stand disposed of. It has been pointed that a batch of appeals arising from same notification under Section 4 and 6 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894, has been decided in Regular First Appeal No.1817 of 2019, titled as "The Akash Cooperative Group Housing Society Ltd.-II Vs. State of Haryana and others", decided on 27.05.2020. The learned counsel representing the State of Haryana has submitted that the entire evidence was led in the lead case and the cases listed today were decided on the basis of the judgment passed in the lead case.

It has been noticed that in certain cases, the service of notice is not complete.

-2These cases are required to be disposed of in terms of judgment passed in Regular First Appeal No.1817 of 2019, titled as "The Akash Cooperative Group Housing Society Ltd.-II Vs. State of Haryana and others", decided on 27.05.2020. In view thereof, the appeals are disposed of in the same terms. However, the unserved respondents shall have liberty to file an application for recall/revival, if they feel aggrieved. All the pending miscellaneous applications, if any, are also disposed of.
