The present petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for the grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.99 dated 18.07.2021, registered under Sections 380, 457 IPC (Sections 120-B, 473 IPC added later on) at Police Station Khuain Sarwar, District Fazilka. 2.

Custody certificate has been filed by learned State counsel, as per which, the petitioner is in custody for 10 months and 3 days. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition at this stage.
