CWP-7876-1996 -22024:PHHC:003871 3.

Learned counsel for respondents No.2 and 3 submits that the corporation allotted gas agency to respondent No.7 on 10.12.1996. The respondent No.7 is operating since 1996, thus, at this belated stage, it would not be just and fair to cancel distributorship of respondent No.7. 4.

It appears that with the efflux of time, the petitioner has lost his interest to pursue the petition especially in view of the fact that respondent No.7 is operating gas agency since 1996. 5.

The petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to move an appropriate application, if something survives.
