(Oral) The instant writ petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. seeking a direction for the representation dated 07.04.2018 to be decided expeditiously.
It is contended that no legal proceedings have been initiated against Amit and Saurabh, who are the main persons involved in the heinous crime of rape. Learned counsel for the petitioner urges that the representation should be decided expeditiously. Notice of motion to the official respondents.
