(Oral) At this stage, counsel for respondent No.1 submits that the respondent has no objection, if the transfer application is accepted and the succession petition (Annexure A-1) i.e. SUCC/40/2024 titled "Parsidh Singh Nain v/s General Public Etc." is transferred from Hisar to Rohtak. Considering the submissions made aforesaid and also taking into consideration the applicant to be the mother of the deceased, whose succession is in question and considering the age as well as the distance between the two places, as evident, more particularly, considering the fact that the respondent No.1 being the practising Advocate at Hisar, where the case is already pending, the transfer application is allowed and the succession petition i.e. SUCC/40/2024 titled "Parsidh Singh Nain v/s Sonu 2025.08.12 09:58 I agree to specified portions of this document P&HHC
TA-236-2025 General Public Etc.", stands transferred from the court of Additional Civil Judge (Sr. Divn.), Hisar to the Court of competent jurisdiction at Rohtak. The requisite record of the aforesaid case be sent by the court of Additional Civil Judge (Sr. Divn.), Hisar, to the District and Sessions Judge, Rohtak. Learned District and Sessions Judge, Rohtak shall assign the said petition to the Family Court, Rohtak. Even, the parties are directed to appear before the Family Court, Rohtak, within a period of one month from today onwards.
