**** RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK J. (ORAL) Petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in FIR No.80 dated 27.4.2015 under Sections 406/419/420/120-B IPC, registered at Police Station Zirakpur, District SAS Nagar (Mohali) Notice of motion was issued and interim protection was granted.

Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from H.C. Sukhwinder Singh, submits that in compliance of the order dated 20.5.2015 passed by this Court, petitioner has joined the investigation, however, petitioner did not give his specimen signature to get the same compared Faced with the above, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not averse for giving his specimen signature to the investigating agency.
