*** Learned counsel for the petitioner states that petitioner has since joined the investigation. This fact is conceded by learned State counsel on instructions from S.I. Rupinder Pal Kaur, Police Station Sadar, Bathinda. He states that the petitioner has handed over copies of his armed licence and is not required by the police for further investigation. Under such circumstances, the interim bail granted to the petitioner on 26.7.2017 is made absolute, subject to his fulfilling conditions under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
The petition stands allowed accordingly.
