Learned State counsel has pointed out that respondent No.2 in the present case has since been acquitted by the Trial Court vide judgment dated 21.11.2023. Even as per e-Court website of District Court Bhiwani, respondent No.2 is shown to have been acquitted by the Trial Court vide judgment dated 21.11.2023.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed off as having been rendered infructuous with liberty to the petitioner to get the same revived in case anything survives. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
