Naresh Kumar Sanghi, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Randhir Singh, Police Station, Kharkhoda, District Sonepat, very fairly concedes that in compliance of the orders dated 13.05.2014 and 27.08.2014 passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation and no more required for custodial interrogation. In view of the above, the present petition is allowed and the interim directions issued by this Court vide orders dated 13.05.2014 and 27.08.2014 are made absolute.
The petitioner shall continue to join the investigation as and when required to do so and abide by the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2), Cr.P.C.
