(ORAL) By this common order I shall dispose of above-titled two petitions under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing Criminal Complaint No.609/140 dated 15.03.2012/08.12.2012, summoning order dated 08.01.2016 of the trial Court, whereby petitioners have been summoned under Section 420 IPC and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom. -2CRM-M-17207 of 2016 time to verify as to whether civil Court has decreed the suit for specific performance of the petitioner vide judgment dated 27.01.2015, First Appeal and Regular Second Appeal No.3880 of 2017 have also been dismissed vide judgments dated 14.03.2017 and 23.08.2017, respectively. Since, proxy counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent has not refuted above contention made by learned counsel for the petitioner(s) on the previous date, therefore, instant petitions are allowed. Consequently, aforesaid Criminal Complaint and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom have become meaningless after winning over the legal battle by the petitioner(s) against the respondent.
