(ORAL) Instant petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for setting aside the order dated 13.08.2014 passed by learned Sub Divisional Magistrate, Faridkot and order dated 18.12.2014 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Faridkot vide which daughter of the petitioners, namely, Puja has been sent to Nari Niketan, Jalandhar.
Heard.
Learned counsel for respondents No.2 and 3 submits that custody of Puja has been handed over to respondents No.2 and 3 by learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Faridkot, vide order dated 15.06.2015. In view of above, present petition has been rendered infructuous.
