Sant Parkash, J (Oral) The present FAO has been filed by appellants, Harbans Singh @ Bant Singh and Jasmail Kaur, against impugned award dated 31.01.2003, vide which the claim petition has been dismissed. As per the office report, notice issued to respondent No.1 and respondent No.2 have been received back duly served. Despite service, none is present on their behalf.

From the perusal of the file, it is evidently clear that none has been putting in appearance on various occasions. It appears that parties are not interested in pursuing the matter.

Finding no other option, the present appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution.
