* * * * Hansi Cooperative Agricultural Society filed a suit for possession and recovery. The Trial Court by judgment and decree dated November 13, 1987 decreed the suit. Giani Ram, one of the three defendants preferred an appeal, which was dismissed by the learned Additional District Judge, Hisar by judgment and decree dated July 31, 1991 after holding that the Trial Court has rightly decided the issues and has rightly decreed the suit. Hence, this appeal at the instance of Giani Ram.

This appeal was filed by Mr. S.K. Bishnoi, Advocate, but he has not put in appearance on any of the dates in spite of notices. Notice was, ultimately, issued to the appellant as also to the respondent. Appellant could not be served as he was reported to have died though the respondent was served. Legal representatives of the sole appellant, who has been reported to have died, have not been brought on record till date. In that view of the matter, the record of this appeal is ordered to be consigned to record with liberty to the appellant or his LRs to get it revived, in case of need.
