RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for quashing of impugned order dated 02.06.2016 passed by learned JMIC, Ludhiana, whereby petitioner had been directed to pay interim maintenance to the respondents and impugned order 16.03.2018 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Ludhiana, vide which appeal filed by the petitioner against order dated 02.06.2016 has been dismissed. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition.

Allowed as prayed for.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
