* * * * Learned counsel, who filed this appeal, has since died. Notice was issued to the respondents and they were served. Mr. Ashok Kumar Sharma, Advocate filed his memo of appearance on behalf of the respondents on 12.03.2016. He has not come present, today in spite of telephonic calls. Employees of Punjab State Electricity Board, Patiala filed a suit for declaration praying therein that the house rent be revised. Thus, Trial Court dismissed the suit. The appeal thereagainst was also dismissed. The suit was filed in the year, 1993 and by now, all the employees including petitioners must have retired. Even otherwise, an order No.1/89 is already on record, whereby the Board reduced the house rent w.e.f. 01.04.1988 to 5% of the basic pay from 10% of the basic pay. It is also that RSA No.
