(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners, in a case arising out of FIR No.03 dated 13.01.2016, registered at Police Station Women Police, Patiala, who have been booked for having committed the offences punishable under Sections 498-A and 406 IPC.

At the very outset, learned State, on instructions from investigating officer, has informed that the compromise has been effected between the parties. In this regard, the complainant has given an affidavit. At this stage, custodial interrogation of the petitioners is not required.
