* * * * Plaintiff-Surinder Mohan filed a suit for the recovery of `14,987.50 against Wasakha Singh and others on the allegation that he introduced prospective purchaser to the defendants and therefore, was entitled to commission of 2% on the sale price. The Trial Court, on a consideration of the matter, vide a detailed order, dismissed the suit by judgment and decree dated March 11, 1989. Heirs of the plaintiff, now appellants, filed an appeal which came up for hearing before the learned Additional District Judge, Ludhiana. The appeal too was dismissed by judgment and decree dated 08.08.1991. Hence, this appeal at the instance of the legal representatives of the plaintiff. The appeal was filed by SarvSh. Surjit Kaur Taunque and K.K. Duggal, Advocates on behalf of the appellants. Ms. S.K. Taunque, Advocate has since died long back. Ms. K.

K. Duggal, Advocate has not put in appearance. As per report, she is not even a member of the Bar Association. Appellants have also not put in appearance. In this view of the matter, the record of this appeal be consigned to record with liberty to the appellants to get it revived in case of need. A copy of this order be sent to appellant No.1 at the given address.
