Through this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No.120 dated 17.08.2019, registered at Police Station Garhi, District Jind, under Sections 147, 149, 323, 341, 365, 506, 427 and 120-B IPC.

Vide order dated 04.03.2020 passed by this Court, the petitioner had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join investigation.
