This petition has been preferred under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for quashing of FIR No. 203, dated 06.03.2014, under Sections 420/467/468/471 and 120-B IPC, registered at Police Station Gurgaon City, District Gurgaon along with all consequential proceedings arising out of the same on the basis of compromise.

In compliance of order dated November 26, 2015, report of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gurgaon, has been received, in ANKUR GOYAL 2016.02.08 15:40 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
CRM No.M-16321 of 2014 [2] ***** which, it has been categorically observed that parties have arrived at compromise with their free fear, without any pressure or coercion from any quarter. Even otherwise, matter involved is personal in nature, which has been amicably put at rest.

In view of the above I am of the considered opinion that continuation of criminal proceedings between the parties would be an abuse of the process of law and the present compromise is for their benefit and will bring peace and harmony between them. 4.
Consequently, instant petition stands allowed and FIR No. 203, dated 06.03.2014, under Sections 420/467/468/471 and 120-B IPC, registered at Police Station Gurgaon City, District Gurgaon and all other subsequent proceedings arising therefrom are quashed qua the petitioners.
