PARAMJEET SINGH, J. (ORAL) Instant petition under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in a case arising from FIR No.10 dated 13.01.2009 registered under Section 15 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, at Police Station Mehatpur, District Jalandhar.
Learned counsel for the State has filed custody certificate, same is taken on record. As per custody certificate, five more cases under the provisions of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act and two cases of fight with official and family members are pending against the petitioner.
