**** JAGMOHAN BANSAL , J. (Oral) The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking directions to respondents No.1 to 3 to protect her life and liberty from the hands of respondents No.4 and 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner inter alia contends that this Court vide order dated 24.01.2023 directed the Investigating Officer to file challan expeditiously and preferably within three months in FIR No. 129 dated 28.9.2022, under Sections 323, 506, 34, 354-A, 354-B and 354-D of IPC, registered at Women Police Station, District Palwal. The challan in the FIR stands filed, however, respondents are repeatedly attacking the petitioner. The husband and son of the petitioner were granted police protection to visit their village on 08.02.2023. As soon as they reached the village, the private respondents attacked them and an FIR in this regard has been registered.

CRWP-2164-2023 -22023:PHHC:059091 Learned State counsel pointing out status report submits that accused Asruddin son of Isak, Jakir son of Sharif, Javed son of Abdul Rashid, Sharif son of Yasin, Abid son of Israil, Abdul Karim son of Firoz Khan, Imran son of Deenu, Salmu @ Salmuddin were arrested on 16.03.2023. Other persons have been found innocent. Final report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. has already been prepared and it would be shortly filed in Court.
With respect to protection of life and liberty of the petitioner, she submits that as and when there is representation by the petitioner and necessity arises, the jurisdictional police authorities would protect life and liberty of the petitioner.
In view of reply and statement of learned State counsel, no further order is warranted.
