(ORAL) Through this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.02 dated 02.01.2022, registered under Sections 170, 171, 384, 406, 419, 420, 506, 120-B and 201 IPC, at Police Station Chandimandir, District Panchkula.

Vide order dated 24.03.2022 passed by this Court, the petitioner had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join the investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the aforesaid order, the petitioner has joined the investigation. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Pardeep Kumar, submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is now not required for any further investigation.

In view of the above, without commenting on the merits of AMAN JAIN 2022.08.18 17:29 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

CRM-M-12329-2022 (O&M) -2the case, the present petition is allowed and the order dated 24.03.2022 granting interim bail to the petitioner, is made absolute, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
