RITU BAHRI, J.(Oral) Petitioner is seeking issuance of directions to respondent No. 2 to consider his application for issuance of arms licence and weapon in his name under the Arms Act, 1959 read with Arms Rules, 2016. The file number of the applicant-petitioner is 1501 and after verification, it was numbered as FAL-426.

In this regard, petitioner has given representation dated 02.07.2019 (P-1 and P-2).

On asking of the Court, Mr. Harish Nain, AAG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State. Without commenting upon merits of the case, this petition at this stage is being disposed of by giving direction to the respondent No. 2 to decide the representations dated 02.07.2019 (P-1 and P-2) by passing a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
