The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of direction to respondents No. 1 to 3 to take appropriate action on the representation dated 15.03.2022 (Annexure P-1).

Notice served upon the official respondent through the State's counsel. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be satisfied in case directions may be issued to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Chandigarh to decide the representation dated 15.03.2022 (Annexure P-1) within time bound manner.

The prayer is not opposed.

Given above, the present petition is disposed of with observation that respondent No.2- Senior Superintendent of Police, Chandigarh to decide the representation dated 15.03.2022 (Annexure P-1) by passing a speaking order within ten working days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. In case, the grievance of the petitioner still exists, he shall be at liberty to avail legal remedy in accordance with law including approaching this Court.
