Appellant (Sangeeta) has filed the present appeal inter alia praying for setting aside impugned Judgment and Decree dated 07.01.2023 passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Narnaul. 2.

Learned counsel for appellant, at the outset, submits that since the matter has amicably been settled between the parties, thus, appellant does not intend to pursue the present appeal any further; and accordingly, HIMANI GUPTA 2024.03.30 14:48 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document/judgment High Court, Chandigarh prayer for withdrawal of appeal has been made.
