The petitioner challenges order dated 15.5.2020 (Annexure P-1) passed by respondent No.3-District Magistrate, Moga vide which an application for grant of parole filed on behalf of the petitioner has been declined. 2.

This Court finds that it has been more than 21⁄2 years when the aforesaid application was declined. The circumstances would have changed extensively as of now. In these circumstances, the instant petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to apply to the authorities concerned afresh for grant of parole.

In case, any such application seeking grant of parole is moved by the petitioner before the authorities concerned, the same shall be disposed of expeditiously preferably within a period of 3 months from filing of such PANKAJ KAKKAR 2023.01.24 19:07 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
