RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No.300 dated 26.12.2018 registered under Section 306 IPC at Police Station City Faridkot.

On instructions from investigating officer, learned State counsel submits that petitioners have joined the investigation and are no more required for interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 05.03.2019 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
