(ORAL) By way of present petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, prayer has been made for directing respondents No.1 to 3 to provide protection to the life and liberty of the petitioners. Learned counsel for respondent-U.T. Chandigarh, points out that petitioners have got recorded their statement on 09.03.2023 before the police official at Police Station Maloya, wherein, it has been categorically stated that the petitioners are living peacefuly and without there being any threat from anyone and thus, do not require any protection. In view of the aforementioned statement of the parties, the present petition has rendered infructuous.

Disposed of accordingly.
