Ms. Surinder Kaur, Advocate for respondent no.2. *** Learned counsel for the petitioner states that petitioner has since joined the investigation. This fact is conceded by learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Paramjit Singh. He states that no recovery is to be effected from the petitioner and further more the parties have entered into compromise, therefore she is not required for further investigation by the local police.

Under such circumstances, the interim bail granted to the petitioner on 25.4.2018 is made absolute, subject to her fulfilling conditions under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

The petition stands allowed accordingly.
