(ORAL) Through the instant petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 22 dated 7.12.2019, under Section 174-A IPC, registered at Police Station City Safidon, District Jind. In the present case, the petitioner was granted interim bail on 05.3.2020. On 18.8.2021, it was informed by the learned State counsel that the petitioner had not joined the investigation and the case was adjourned for today.

Learned State counsel, on the instructions from Head Constable Vinay Kumar, submits that the petitioner has still not joined the investigation.
