Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C., is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case bearing FIR No.484 dated 04.11.2023 registered under Section 21 of NDPS Act (Section 29 of NDPS was added later on) at P.S. Ladwa, District Kurukshetra. 2.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Sanjay Kumar of Police Station HSNCB, District Kurukshetra submits that in compliance of order 04.03.2024, the petitioner has joined the investigation and is not required for any further investigation.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petition is allowed. Order dated 04.03.2024 passed by this Court, is hereby made absolute. However the petitioner shall keep on joining the investigation as and when called upon and shall abide by all the conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
