The present regular second appeal has been filed challenging the judgments and decrees of the Courts below by which, the claim of the appellant-plaintiff, qua the order of pre-mature retirement, has been rejected.

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that he is not in contact with the appellant since long and also, there is no information as to whether the appellant is alive to pursue the present regular second appeal or not, hence, the present regular second appeal may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further with liberty to revive the same in case appellant is alive and he wants the decision of the present regular second appeal on merit.
