ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Matter was taken up for hearing on 21.03.2023, when none appeared for appellants and Registry was asked to issue notice to appellants. Needful has been done.

Office report reveals that appellants No.1 and 2 have died. Appellants No.3 and 4 have gone abroad and appellants No.5 to 7 are not residing at the given address. It appears that by sheer effluxion of time, since appeal has been pending for the past more than 28 years, appellants have lost interest to pursue the appeal, as neither the appellants nor legal heirs of deceased appellants have taken any steps to contact their counsel. Issuance of fresh notice to appellants No.3 to 7 will be an exercise in futility as their complete and correct addresses are not available. In the premise, instant appeal is dismissed in default.
