**** HARI PAL VERMA, J. (ORAL) The petitioners have filed the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of F.I.R. No. 12 dated 14.1.2016 under Section 406, 420 IPC, registered at Police Station Sarai Khawaja, District Faridabad (Annexure P-1) and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom. Mr. G.C.Shahpuri, Advocate, has put in appearance on behalf of respondent No.2 and filed power of attorney, which is taken on record. Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Mukesh Kumar states that in the aforesaid FIR, the police has prepared a cancellation report and the same is under process for being filed before the Magistrate. In view of the aforesaid stand of the respondent-State, the present petition no more survives and is disposed of accordingly.
