(Oral) Petitioner has moved this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for directing the respondents No.2 and 3 to handover/transfer investigation in the case FIR No.164 dated 9.12.2021 (Annexure P-1) to some other Senior Officer of the gazetted rank or agency viz. CIA. Counsel for the petitioner(s) submitted that representations dated 10.12.2021 and 2.2.2022 (Annexures P-12 & 13) in this regard has also been moved before the concerned authorities, but no action has been taken as of now. Notice of motion to respondents No.1 to 3 at this stage. Ms. Samina Dhir, DAG, Punjab has accepted notice on behalf of the respondents No.1 to 3.

( 2 ) CRM-M-12427-2022 The counsel for the petitioner submitted that he will be satisfied if necessary direction is given to respondent No.2 to take action on the aforesaid representations.

State counsel submits that the concerned authority will look into the matter and take decision on the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law.

In the light of the above, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 to consider and decide the representations dated 10.12.2021 and 2.2.2022 (Annexures P-12 & 13) in accordance with law within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
