Maman Singh v. Chhaju Ram
IN THE HIGH COURT OF PUNJAB AND HARYANA
AT CHANDIGARH RSA No. 1489 of 1994 (O&M) DATE OF DECISION :- 06.11.2025 Maman Singh and others ...Appellants
Versus
Chhajju Ram
...Respondent
CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE VIRINDER AGGARWAL Present:- Mr. Chetan Slathia, Advocate for the appellants. Mr. Aditya Pratap Singh Nain, Advocate for respondent. *** VIRINDER AGGARWAL , J. (Oral) 1.
Learned counsel for the appellants submitted that in spite of contact with the appellants, the appellants are not interested in briefing the counsel. It seems that appellants are not interested in pursuing the instant appeal. The appeal is of the year 1994.
2.
In view of the above and given the prevailing circumstances, there seems to be no justification to keep the appeal on the docket, indefinitely. Accordingly, the instant appeal stands dismissed for want of prosecution with liberty to the appellants to revive the same, if have any grievance from this order, within a period of three months from today. 3.
Since the main appeal stands decided, the miscellaneous application(s), if any, stand disposed of accordingly.
