After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition at this stage. He submits that trial is continuing for the last about one year and eight months. Nine material witnesses have been examined and official witnesses remain to be examined. He requests that the trial Court be directed to expedite the conclusion of trial. This petition is dismissed as withdraw at this stage. The trial Court is directed to expedite the trial of the case and dispose of the same preferably within six months. ( SURINDER GUPTA ) August 04, 2015.
