This is an appeal against suit for permanent injunction which was not granted to the appellant-plaintiff. The appellant-plaintiff has since expired. Intimation with regard to LRs of appellant was obtained through Senior Superintendent of Police, District Amritsar (Rural). Notices were issued on their addresses and notices have been received back with the report that they are not residing at the given addresses.

So, in such circumstances when no one on behalf of LRs of appellant are coming forth to contest the appeal, there seems to be no justification to keep the appeal on the docket, indefinitely. Accordingly, the instant appeal stands dismissed for want of prosecution with liberty to LRs of appellant to revive the same, if have any grievance from this order, within a period of three months from today.

Since the main appeal stands dismissed, the miscellaneous application(s), if any, stand disposed of accordingly.
