As per allegations of SI Anil Kumar of Rajasthan Police, the petitioners accused alongwith other residents of the village had attacked the police party which came in connection with investigation of FIR No.208 dated 19.4.2015 under Sections 457,380, 307, 147,148,149 IPC, PS Hanumangarh Town.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner, keeping in view the pending inquiry, prays for permission to withdraw the present petition.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
