Main case The present petition has been filed for seeking quashing of case bearing FIR No.0064 dated 09.03.2022 registered under Section 420, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 3(1)(f) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 at Police Station Kalayat, District Kaithal.

Learned State Counsel, on instructions, submits that a cancellation report has been prepared and would be filed soon and in any case not later than 04 weeks from today.

Learned counsel for respondent No.2, however, submits that he has objection to the aforesaid submission made by the State Counsel. 4.
