Aggrieved by no action on the investigation report dated 26.12.2018 (Annexure P-2) and 1.1.2019 (Annexure P-3), the aggrieved person has come up before this court seeking appropriate directions.

The only order this court proposes to pass at this stage is that the concerned Senior Superintendent of Police, Sangrur (R-3) shall treat this petition as a representation and decide the same by passing a speaking and reasoned order within sixty working days from today. The petition is disposed of and in case of non-redressal, liberty reserved to take all legal remedies in accordance with law.
