(Oral) [[ Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., is for quashing of the FIR No.431 dated 14.12.2019, under Sections 406, 420, 120-B of IPC, registered at Police Station Sushant Lok and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise deed arrived between the parties.

Learned State counsel on instructions from SHO Manoj Kumar submits that cancellation report has been submitted before the illaqa magistrate and accordingly this petition, has become rendered infructuous. 3.
