Present revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 18.01.2024 (Annexure P-1) passed by the leaned District Judge, Faridkot whereby the application filed for appointment of a Local Commissioner in the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal was dismissed.

As per the E-Courts website of District Court Faridkot the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal itself stands withdrawn before the National Lok Adalat on 11.05.2024.

Today the case has been called and passed over twice, however, no one has appeared on behalf of the petitioner. The same was the situation on 04.03.2024. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the present petition.

In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present revision petition for non-prosecution. AMAN JAIN 2024.05.28 21:00 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this judgment/order.
