Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Om Parkash, husband of petitioner is not maintaining good health. He was under treatment and was earlier allowed parole on this ground. A representation has been made to Director General of Police (Prisons), Haryana, Panchkula to consider and transfer convict Om Parkash from District Jail, Karnal to District Jail, Sirsa so that petitioner can take care of his health. He confines the relief claimed in this petition only to the extent that direction be issued to Director General of Police (Prisons), Haryana, Panchkula to consider the application and dispose of the same.

Without expressing any opinion on merits, this petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.2-Director General of Police (Prisons), Haryana, Panchkula to look into the representation Annexure P-3 made by petitioner and take appropriate decision on the same in accordance with law.
