* * * * Mr. Subhash Goyal, Advocate, who filed this appeal, did not put in appearance on 12.03.2016. He again did not put in appearance on April 25, 2016 in spite of notice. Counsel was again informed for today. He has not put in appearance in spite of telephonic calls.

The only dispute in this appeal is about the future rate of interest, which has been granted by the Trial Court @ 6% on the loan amount granted by the bank for the purchase of a tractor. Appeal thereagainst was dismissed by the First Appellate Court. Hence, this appeal. The only dispute that remains in this appeal is about the rate of future interest.
