This is a petition under section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of direction that FIR No. 51 dated 28.04.2015 registered under sections 376/511/506/323/34 IPC at police station Ismailabad, district Kurukshetra be investigated by some independent agency. FIR was registered as recently as on 28.04.2015. There appears to be nothing on record to show that investigation has not been conducted in a fair manner. There is, thus, no ground to issue a direction of the nature sought by the petitioner. Dismissed. In case petitioner fears any threat to her life, she shall be at liberty to submit a representation to Superintendent of Police of the concerned district who may examine the same.
