(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner, who has been booked for having committed the offences punishable under Sections 354-A/354-B IPC and Sections 3 (i) (ii) of S.C. And S.T Act (lateron added in the FIR).

This Court vide order dated 19.05.2016 directed the petitioner to appear before the trial Court and submit his bail bonds. Learned counsel for the applicant stated that the petitioner appeared before the trial Court and submitted his bail bonds on 24.07.2016 and this fact is not being disputed by the learned State counsel. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submitted that the case is now committed to the court of Sessions.
